Rinsing: apply after shampooing to damp hair spreading evenly from roots to ends and massage gently. Leave on for 3 to 5 minutes to allow the active ingredients to work at their best. Rinse well.

No need to rinse: spread a small amount of product over damp or dry hair, massage and comb. Do not rinse.
